Adult Residential Support Professional

Location: Neillsville, WI Schedule: 36 hours/week | Tuesday, Friday, and every other weekend | 8:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m. Pay: Starting at $17.75/hour Make a Difference in Recovery Are you passionate about helping others build healthier, more independent lives? Join Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI (LSS) at Deep River , our new residential Substance Use Disorder treatment facility in Neillsville. Deep River provides trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment for adult men in a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment. As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you'll play an important role in supporting residents as they work toward lasting sobriety and personal growth. What You'll Do Support, monitor, and encourage residents while serving as a positive role model Build supportive relationships that promote recovery and independence Assist with medication monitoring or administration according to program policies Complete documentation and maintain confidential client records Help with housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and daily living activities Support residents in achieving treatment goals and developing healthy routines Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations Transport residents to appointments, meetings, and community services as needed Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience in human services, behavioral health, recovery support, or a related field preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record DHS 83 training preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire) Benefits Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer Paid Time Off and 10 Paid Holidays 403(b) Retirement Plan Mileage Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Annual Raises and Service Recognition If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity where you can make a lasting impact in the lives of others, we'd love to have you on the Deep River team.
