MULTILINE MANAGER Hamilton State Farm Agency, North Miami, FL

COMPENSATION
$55,000 to $85,000+ in year one. Base salary plus uncapped commission, multiline production bonuses, and quarterly performance incentives. Top performers in this seat clear six figures by year two as the book scales.

ABOUT THE AGENCY
Hamilton Insurance & Financial Services is a State Farm agency opening June 1, 2026, in North Miami. We are not a call center. We are a high-performance sales and service team built on relationships, accountability, and a culture that makes you want to show up. The agency is led by Dr. Malcolm Hamilton, CLU, ChFC, a 22-year State Farm leader with extensive Financial Services expertise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You are the operational anchor of the agency and a producer in your own right. You manage the multiline book across Auto, Fire, Life, Health, and the IPS pipeline while carrying a personal production target.

• Achieve your individual monthly production targets across Auto, Fire, Life, and Health while modeling the sales behavior you expect from the team.
• Run the daily cadence: 8:45 AM huddle, 4:00 PM Skill Drill, Tuesday Sales Meeting, Thursday Operations Deep Dive.
• Enforce the four line quote default (Auto, Fire, Life, Health) on every interaction and warm hand off IPS opportunities to Dr. Hamilton same day.
• Own the Insurance and Financial Review calendar. Target 20 IFRs booked, conducted, and converted per month.
• Track team performance weekly, surface gaps, and coach producers to close them.
• Coach and develop producers and account managers through skill drills, role plays, and live call reviews.

REQUIREMENTS

• Florida 2-20 (Property and Casualty) before start date
• Florida 2-15 (Life, Health, Variable Annuity) within 60 days of hire
• Demonstrated cross sell or multiline production results
• Experience coaching a small team
• Ability to pass a background check
• Full time, in office in North Miami, FL (Hybrid potential)
