Executive Director, Global Commercial Lead
Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines seeks an Executive Director for Global Commercial Leadership to build oncology marketing capabilities and drive global commercial strategy for RAS-targeted cancer therapies. This newly created role oversees launch strategy, lifecycle planning, and cross-functional collaboration across clinical, medical affairs, and market access teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clinical development, medical affairs, and market access to shape indication and brand strategies
- Drive global launch planning, commercialization, and performance tracking across U.S. and ex-U.S. markets
- Develop global brand plans including positioning, messaging, revenue forecasts, and lifecycle strategies
- Execute global launch frameworks, share best practices across affiliates, and monitor progress
- Identify and manage external agencies and partners to deliver campaigns and engagement platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 15+ years progressive commercial experience in biotech or pharma
- Proven success developing and executing global marketing strategy
- Experience leading global product launches in competitive markets
- Demonstrated ability to derive insights and develop innovative marketing strategies
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
