Business Analyst-Level II With Child Support In Health & Human Service

Mandatory Skills:

1. 12 Years of Total work experience.
2. 8 years of Relevant experience.
3. Prior Minimum of two years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Child Support in a Health and Human Service settings.

Local candidates highly preferred.

Must / Mandatory Qualification:

1. Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst
2. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of client focused business and requirements analysis experience and documentation including: working on a team of BAs, conducting requirements gathering sessions, analyzing requirements gathered, Identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements for continuous integration and deployment, preparing proposals for best fit technology based on requirements elicited.
3. Minimum of two years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams including Child Support in a Health and Human Service settings.

Additional Qualifications:

1. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements across multiple agencies, including working on a modernization work extracting and documenting legacy system logic and business rules with a focus on the Human Service Child Support domain.
2. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience conducting business process analysis and optimization, documenting As-Is and proposing To-Be web-based client facing applications.
3. Between four (4) and seven (7) years of creating requirements documentation (process flows, user stories, wireframes, specifications) while adhering to pre-established templates within a requirement management tools like Blueprint.
