The Patient Services Representative II serves as the first point of contact for patients entering an outpatient medical facility. The representative supports intake activities by assisting with healthcare and insurance forms and collecting payments for services. This role requires clear, professional communication with patients, families, support groups, and healthcare providers while maintaining confidentiality and patient safety. The position follows organizational policies and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Additional duties may include completing department-specific administrative tasks and assisting with the orientation of other staff.
