Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with a variety of conditions to create detailed, individualized treatment plans.
• Implement treatment plans utilizing a range of techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced therapeutic modalities to maximize patients' functional abilities.
• Monitor progress by documenting treatment responses, making timely adjustments to care plans based on patient feedback and clinical indicators.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, therapeutic activities, and safe use of equipment, fostering a collaborative environment for successful rehabilitation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to provide insights on patient status and coordinate care efforts across various health disciplines.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices through workshops, training, and participation in professional organizations.
• Assist in the mentorship of new staff or physical therapy students, providing guidance in clinical techniques and patient care approaches.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
