Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, analyzing relevant medical histories and utilizing standardized assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Clearly explain evaluation results and treatment recommendations to patients and their families, involving them actively in goal-setting and care decisions.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring adjustments are made in response to patient progress and changes in their conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to modify care plans as necessary and ensure well-rounded treatment.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining detailed records from initial evaluations to discharge summaries.
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity targets, maintain an organized schedule, and participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote our services.
• Contribute to departmental goals by engaging in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
