Work Environment

The successful candidate will work full-time onsite at our well-equipped Rehabilitation Center in Sterling. Our facility is designed to provide a supportive environment for both our team and our patients, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and dedicated treatment spaces. The work schedule is flexible, offering shifts from either 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Our collaborative team approach means that Physical Therapists frequently engage with other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their conditions and needs, ensuring a tailored approach to care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the evaluation results and patient goals, utilizing modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and adaptive equipment.
• Document patient treatment plans, progress, and outcomes, ensuring all records are accurately maintained and updated.
• Continuously monitor, re-evaluate, and modify treatment strategies as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on treatment protocols and the effective use of assistive devices to enhance mobility and daily function.
• Stay abreast of industry developments by participating in workshops, networking with professionals, and engaging in ongoing education that enhances therapy skills.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new graduates entering the field, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
