Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop effective treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and assistive devices to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Adjust treatment strategies based on continuous patient assessment, monitoring their progress, and modifying goals and methodologies as necessary.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes meticulously to maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members about physical therapy procedures, self-management strategies, and proper use of assistive devices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and continuing education to remain current with industry standards and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population that includes children, adults, and seniors recovering from various conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, and post-operative care. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a current, valid license to practice in the state of Virginia.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
• A demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and compassionate manner.

Preferred Experience

While 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is preferred, we welcome recent graduates who are eager to learn and receive mentorship. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive attitude towards professional development and a passion for patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
