The Physical Therapist will operate within our modern rehabilitation center located in Herndon, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Administer therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques across various areas including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure goals are met, providing real-time feedback and support.
• Engage with patients and their caregivers to educate them about treatment plans and optimize recovery strategies.
• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance patient care and meet comprehensive treatment goals.
• Foster an atmosphere of excellent customer service that enhances patient satisfaction and contributes to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic conditions, and sports-related ailments. Our rehabilitation center serves patients across all age groups, making it essential for our therapists to adapt treatment strategies that cater to specific demographics and diagnoses. Our approach prioritizes building strong therapeutic relationships, ensuring each patient feels valued and understood in their journey to recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State License as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence in computer and documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we provide a robust benefits package which includes:
