Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals and needs.
• Manage a manageable patient load to maintain high-quality interaction and deliver comprehensive care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to provide effective, evidenced-based interventions that enhance mobility and functionality.
• Engage in continuous evaluation of treatment efficacy, adjusting care plans as necessary based on patient progress.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies prioritizing non-surgical options to promote recovery while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Develop and administer customized wellness and fitness programs that align with patient-specific rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically Web PT, to ensure precision in patient care documentation.
• Offer motivation and support, encouraging patients throughout their rehabilitation process to meet their personal health aspirations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes through comprehensive care pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists primarily of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• Clean professional history with no sanctions or board proceedings against your license.

• Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for efficient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
