Work Environment

This full-time position operates onsite in our outpatient office. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their needs and establish achievable treatment goals.
• Manage a patient caseload of approximately one individual per hour, ensuring that each patient receives focused and personalized care.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans utilizing a variety of techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, tailored to individual needs.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies and wellness, promoting active participation in their recovery process.
• Document treatment provided and patient progress accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as orthopedic surgeons, to optimize patient outcomes and develop interdisciplinary approaches to rehabilitation.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering an environment conducive to healing and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
