Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, identifying functional limitations and devising appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, continually reassessing patients and modifying treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment approaches, fostering a collaborative approach to rehabilitation and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment modalities, and billing as per regulatory requirements.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Participate in outreach programs and community engagement initiatives to raise awareness about health and wellness.
• Contribute to the improvement of clinic services through participation in quality improvement projects and training sessions.
• Mentor and supervise physical therapy assistants and student interns, sharing knowledge to enhance clinical practice within the team.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
