Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite in our spacious, modern outpatient office located conveniently in Fairfax, Virginia. Your typical schedule will be from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assessments and therapy sessions to patients, focusing on their distinct recovery goals and requirements.
• Manage an efficient patient load, ensuring that every patient receives the time and attention necessary for effective rehabilitation.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge in orthopedic therapy, drawing on your experience to offer targeted interventions.
• Utilize innovative, cost-effective treatment methods to restore patients' motion and improve their overall physical function.
• Emphasize non-surgical treatment options and educate patients on reducing reliance on medications.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
