Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients' strengths, objectives, and specific rehabilitation needs effectively.
• Manage a diverse caseload, typically one patient per hour, ensuring focused and individualized treatment.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic physical therapy to devise and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating various therapeutic techniques designed to improve patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Employ cost-effective treatment options that emphasize reducing reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical interventions.
• Create personalized fitness and wellness programs aimed at promoting long-term health and preventing future injuries.

Qualifications

• Current Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Proficient in utilizing WebPT EMR Software for patient documentation and progress tracking.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
