Key Responsibilities

• You will direct physical therapy treatment based on individual assessments, focusing on preventing disability, relieving pain, and restoring muscle function as per the established treatment plan.
• As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will evaluate clients' functional abilities by performing diagnostic tests related to muscle, nerve, and joint functioning.
• You will oversee and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring proper implementation of therapy plans and compliance with professional standards.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' home environments to make pertinent recommendations for facilitating rehabilitation and enhancing independence.
• Administer manual therapeutic exercises and provide instruction on functional activities, engaging clients actively in their recovery process.
• Prepare and maintain clinical documentation, including evaluations and progress notes, to support compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate clients and their families about their conditions, instructions for home care, and the utilization of therapeutic devices.
• Accept additional responsibilities and assignments to meet organizational objectives and improve patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
