Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' needs, including assessments of their physical capabilities and medical history.
• Formulating and explaining individualized treatment plans to patients and their families, engaging them in the goal-setting process.
• Implementing effective treatment protocols and adjusting them based on ongoing assessment of patient progress and health status.
• Documenting treatment outcomes, including progress notes and discharge summaries, in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, referring patients for additional services as necessary.
• Participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote the clinic's services.

The primary focus of this role is on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications
