Work Environment

As a member of our outpatient clinic, you will work onsite in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Your working hours will be from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced professional life. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy services tailored to each patient's specific goals, capabilities, and conditions.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure thorough assessment and treatment for all individuals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises and techniques, ensuring safety and efficacy in movement.
• Incorporate various treatment modalities, emphasizing non-surgical methods to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes.
• Document all services rendered meticulously using EMR software such as Web PT for accurate patient record-keeping.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary patient population will include individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related incidents, and those seeking rehabilitation for various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possess a valid and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• Exhibit a strong foundation in orthopedic physical therapy, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Demonstrate expertise in multiple manual therapy techniques and treatment modalities.
• Proficient in using EMR systems for documentation and progress tracking, particularly Web PT.
• Have a commitment to providing evidence-based physical therapy services, staying updated with the latest research.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population, including post-operative and non-operative conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
