Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients experiencing functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring alignment with best practice standards and patient goals.
• Implement treatment modalities, monitor and document patient progress, and adapt treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring understanding of treatment plans and discharge procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, including referral sources, to ensure cohesive and continuous patient care.
• Participate in professional development by attending meetings, continuing education sessions, and contributing to community outreach initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient care excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year , commensurate with experience.
