As a PT in our clinic, you will play a crucial role in supporting our patients on their journey to regain mobility, enhance physical capabilities, and improve their overall quality of life. Work Environment

You will work onsite in an engaging and collaborative environment alongside two fellow physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our facility is designed to foster teamwork and encourages continuous learning and development among staff members. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured routine that facilitates work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to efficiently identify and address patients' objectives and needs.
• Manage a caseload effectively, facilitating care for one patient per hour while ensuring personalized attention and treatment.
• Utilize clinical expertise to provide cost-effective treatments aimed at improving range of motion and mobility.
• Focus on reducing patient dependency on medications and explore non-surgical alternatives for pain management.
• Develop tailored and comprehensive care plans for patients using diverse treatment techniques and modalities.
• Design and implement individualized fitness and wellness programs focused on patient-specific goals.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care interventions based on the latest evidence-based practices.
• Motivate and empower patients to actively participate in their treatment and recovery process.
• Encourage healthy lifestyles by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor patient progress, and maintain clear and effective communication.
• Document all patient care services meticulously to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this role.

• Proficiency in utilizing WebPT EMR Software for effective patient documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
