Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Core & Agility Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' physical conditions, medical histories, and therapy goals.
• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to individual patient needs.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Use manual therapy techniques, such as massage and stimulation, to enhance healing and relieve pain.
• Educate patients and their families about the use of therapeutic equipment, home exercises, and strategies to enhance recovery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation, tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
