Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients referred from various medical professionals, accurately identifying their needs and customizing treatment plans.
• Implement and document individualized therapeutic interventions based on the latest clinical guidelines and research evidence.
• Utilize a range of treatment modalities, from manual therapy techniques to exercise prescription and modality application to facilitate recovery.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers, ensuring they understand treatment processes and encouraging participation in their own recovery.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet clinical objectives and patient goals.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions, sharing insights and strategies to improve patient care and clinic operations.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and uphold our high clinic standards regarding patient privacy and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients represent a rich tapestry of backgrounds and conditions, with a primary focus on orthopedic rehabilitation. You will work with individuals recovering from surgeries such as joint replacements, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal injuries. Additionally, your expertise will extend to providing care for pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients, offering you a wide range of clinical exposure and experience.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a related setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical record (EMR) software for documentation and reporting.
• A commitment to building strong relationships with patients to motivate them in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• A friendly and proactive approach to establishing a rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based practices related to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic techniques, such as dry needling or sports-specific rehabilitation programs.
• Prior involvement in community outreach or patient education programs.

Compensation and Benefits

Your dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
