Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring alignment with individual health goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients, adapting techniques to each unique case.
• Provide both in-center and, when necessary, home-based therapeutic services that involve utilizing skilled techniques to drive improvements consistent with patient care plans.
• Conduct educational sessions for patients and their caregivers, focusing on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and rehabilitation processes.
• Remain engaged with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and enhancing patient care strategies to improve health outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans to facilitate ongoing care.
• Set and achieve performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a commitment to quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population predominantly includes individuals recovering from various types of injuries and surgeries. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including athletes, children with developmental needs, and adults facing mobility challenges due to age or medical conditions. Delivering compassionate, individualized care to help clients regain their independence and improve their physical capabilities is at the core of our services.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) as recognized by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a physical therapist, showcasing a strong foundational skillset in treatment methodologies.
• Current CPR certification, ensuring readiness to provide emergency support when necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and basic computer software for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience

• A demonstrated ability to form meaningful relationships with patients to facilitate their recovery journeys.
• A history of engaging storytelling and instructional skills to educate and guide patients and their families during the rehabilitation process.
• Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment is a plus, highlighting an understanding of collaborative care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
