Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Manage an individualized caseload by treating one patient per hour, allowing for focused and personalized therapy sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement rehabilitation interventions, improving patients' range of motion, mobility, and overall functional capabilities.
• Create customized treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques and tailored exercise protocols aimed at achieving optimal results.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, document treatments, and evaluate clinical outcomes to adjust care plans as necessary.
• Promote and advocate for non-surgical treatment avenues, guiding patients toward alternatives to medication when appropriate.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia, with a history of maintaining a clean and professional record.

• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing effective exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR software for patient management and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
