Work Environment

This position is based onsite within our outpatient office, where you will work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The facility is modern and well-equipped, providing an environment conducive to comprehensive patient care and professional growth. Our clinic is frequented by a diverse patient population, ensuring a varied and enriching experience for our therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients, alongside collaborating with other healthcare professionals as necessary, to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs and health goals.
• Implement treatment protocols drawing from evaluation findings to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes, adapting strategies as required by the patient's progress and evolving healthcare standards.
• Perform detailed evaluations that include reviewing patient histories, executing specific assessments, and documenting results to inform subsequent treatment methods.
• Develop and execute discharge planning, ensuring seamless follow-up care with accurate and comprehensive documentation of all patient interactions and treatment activities.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state, local, and federal regulations while also completing required corporate and clinical training to uphold the highest standard of care.
• Provide consistent evaluation and monitoring of patients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Maintain professional relationships through open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, and family members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Participate in facility meetings and contribute to discussions aimed at improving clinical practices and ensuring the best possible care for our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as an Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will primarily focus on a diverse patient population suffering from a range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. You will work closely with patients to develop tailored rehabilitation strategies that align with their specific health objectives and lifestyle needs, ensuring a holistic approach to their recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure you possess the clinical competence necessary for patient evaluation and treatment.
• A valid state license for physical therapy practice is essential, along with current certification in CPR/AED from the American Heart Association (BLS for Healthcare Providers).

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, enabling you to bring valuable insights and skills to our team.
• Experience with evidence-based practice and treatment plans is highly desirable as we focus on achieving the best patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, complemented by comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
