We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at the Regis Spine And Joint Medicine Center in Leesburg, Virginia. This full-time, onsite position involves collaborating with a diverse group of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Work Environment

Located in the beautiful and vibrant community of Leesburg, Virginia, our center offers a state-of-the-art treatment environment equipped with modern technology and tools. The work schedule is structured from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, promoting a healthy work-life balance for our dedicated staff. As a part of our team, you will work in an engaging and collaborative setting, regularly interacting with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure our patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their specific circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify functional impairments and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing their needs.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, focusing on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving overall physical health.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques and evidence-based modalities to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients about their conditions and empower them by developing tailored exercise programs to support their journey toward recovery.
• Implement non-surgical treatment alternatives, minimizing reliance on medications while promoting a proactive approach to wellness.
• Document patient progress meticulously using EMR software, particularly Web PT, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners to devise and adjust treatment plans based on patient evaluations and progress.
• Encourage patients throughout their treatment, fostering motivation and a positive mindset towards achieving their physical goals.
• Monitor and report on treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to maximize patient outcomes.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure high-quality, focused attention and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, muscle and joint pain, and mobility challenges. Understanding the needs of this population is essential in delivering targeted therapy that optimally supports their recovery. Your expertise will significantly contribute to improving their physical health and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in Virginia without any history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proven experience in orthopedic outpatient care, demonstrating a strong understanding of movement science and rehabilitation principles.
• Expertise in various manual therapy techniques and the ability to creatively adapt therapeutic approaches based on individual patient needs.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems, especially Web PT, for detailed documentation and patient tracking.
• A passion for continual learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic environment, particularly focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Mastery in designing and implementing group fitness and wellness programs suitable for diverse populations.
• Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team to produce optimal patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
