Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand each patient's unique needs and objectives to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one patient per hour, allowing for focused, quality interactions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver personalized therapy sessions, emphasizing functionality and mobility.
• Implement cost-effective treatment methodologies aimed at enhancing patients' rehabilitation without relying heavily on medications.
• Formulate and conduct therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques that suit each patient's condition.
• Constantly evaluate patients' progress, documenting services provided and outcomes achieved.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering an atmosphere of commitment and perseverance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans and referrals as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals with private medical insurance, offering specialized orthopedic care. You will engage with a diverse client base, including athletes recovering from injury, post-operative patients, and individuals with chronic pain. Qualifications

• Must have completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active license to practice Physical Therapy in Virginia, with no disciplinary actions recorded.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design and execution are required.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, is essential to ensure efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
