C.A.R.E Physical Therapy, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our rehabilitation center located in West Mclean, Virginia. The selected candidate will work full-time hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, providing essential outpatient therapy services aimed at enhancing patient mobility and quality of life. The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 60,000 and 104,000 annually, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Design and implement tailored therapy plans using effective treatment techniques to help patients regain mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Utilize manual therapy modalities, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to improve patients' conditions while minimizing reliance on surgical interventions or medications.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, allowing for in-depth attention to each patient's treatment process and progress.
• Regularly monitor patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evaluations and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment strategies.
• Document all patient interactions accurately using our EMR systems to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Motivate patients during their rehabilitation journeys and encourage a proactive approach to their health through education and resources.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active and clean Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, free of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Proven expertise in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy, with a focus on manual therapy techniques.
• Strong understanding of current physical therapy practices and the ability to apply evidence-based interventions.
• Experience with using EMR software, especially WebPT, for maintaining accurate patient records.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.

Compensation and Benefits
