Work Environment

The Physical Therapist role is based onsite at our outpatient office, equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation and treatment facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations that include reviewing patient histories, performing specific assessments, and determining personalized treatment protocols based on evaluation results.
• Articulate evaluation findings and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, involving them in the goal-setting process to ensure shared understanding and commitment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in executing treatment protocols customized to the patient's evolving healthcare condition and the latest evidence-based practices.
• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes, recognizing and documenting any changes in a patient's condition that may necessitate adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Facilitate discharge planning collaboratively with patients, ensuring follow-up care is arranged and that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers competitive remuneration within a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
