Work Environment

As part of our team, you will work in a cutting-edge facility located in Herndon, Virginia, and directly deliver care in our patients' homes. Our operating hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, allowing for a work-life balance that is conducive to personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, evidence-based care to patients, crafting personalized treatment plans that aim to meet their specific mobility and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure optimal focus and direction for each patient during therapy sessions.
• Employ your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, informed by prior clinical experiences that enhance the treatment process.
• Identify and implement cost-effective therapies that improve motion and mobility while emphasizing non-surgical treatment options to reduce dependency on pharmaceuticals.
• Craft comprehensive care strategies that incorporate a wide array of treatment techniques, ensuring these align with the latest evidence and research findings.
• Deliver specialized fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient requirements, helping them to achieve enduring results.
• Empower patients through motivation and encouragement throughout their recovery journey, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Promote healthy lifestyles through education and intervention focused on enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population largely consists of individuals seeking recovery from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, and general mobility challenges. Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possession of a current, active Physical Therapist license within the state of Virginia, with no history of sanctions or board actions.
• Exceptional proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• A demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software systems, particularly Web PT, to ensure seamless documentation and tracking of patient progress.
• A commitment to staying current with new physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a high-volume outpatient setting, particularly with a focus on orthopedic cases.
• Demonstrated success in patient rehabilitation leading to improved functional outcomes.
• Experience in developing wellness and fitness programs contributing to long-term patient health.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
