Willow Bridge Physical Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. Our facility spans over 5,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced sports medicine technology, allowing us to provide effective rehabilitation solutions. Our team consists of experienced professionals, including two Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), all committed to fostering an environment of teamwork and excellence in care.

Work Environment

Located in the heart of Fairfax, Virginia, our rehabilitation center provides a collaborative and supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in our vibrant practice, equipped with modern treatment spaces designed for diverse rehabilitation techniques. Our work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, with shift options available between 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify goals and treatment needs.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize various techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Design and deliver fitness and wellness programs aimed at enhancing patient rehabilitation and long-term health.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient encounters and treatment services in compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
• Foster a collaborative relationship with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Motivate and educate patients on maintaining an active lifestyle and the importance of physical health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients with orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. We primarily serve individuals with private medical insurance, ensuring they receive the attention and support necessary for their recovery journey. Our therapists engage patients through personalized interactions, empowering them to take an active role in their healing process.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Virginia license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions.
• Strong expertise in manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficient in developing and executing customized exercise protocols.
• Experience with WebPT or similar electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively within a team of healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with a variety of rehabilitation modalities and treatment techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
