Work Environment

Our onsite Rehabilitation Center is equipped with cutting-edge technology and resources that support a seamless integration of various therapeutic modalities. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, engaging closely with colleagues in a collaborative setting that encourages learning and professional development. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, mobility, and functional limitations, utilizing appropriate assessment tools and techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, incorporating evidence-based protocols tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Regularly consult with other healthcare providers, recognizing changes in patients' conditions that may necessitate modifications in their treatment plans, and document these changes accurately.

• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation processes, and injury prevention strategies.

• Maintain meticulous records of patient treatment activities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation that reflects progress and facilitates effective communication.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing valuable insights and collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice development activities, aligning with organizational goals for clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification, ensuring readiness to manage emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits
