Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complete initial evaluations for new patients, gathering detailed histories and assessing mobility to create effective and individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapies and manual interventions tailored to each patient's specific needs, utilizing techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment methodologies as necessary to ensure alignment with established rehabilitation goals.
• Establish clear, measurable objectives for patients, providing them with periodic feedback to motivate and guide their recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and facilitating effective communication within the care team.
• Engage in ongoing education regarding advancements in physical therapy practices, incorporating new techniques into patient care as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 90,000 – 100,000, reflective of your experience and professional qualifications.
