Work Environment

As part of our onsite rehabilitation facility, you will work within a state-of-the-art clinic equipped with modern treatment technologies tailored to the needs of our outpatient population. The clinic operates primarily Monday through Friday with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, providing a work-life balance conducive to maintaining both professional and personal commitments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care to patients by assessing their unique conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and closely monitoring their progress.
• Effectively manage a caseload that allows for quality interaction with each patient, ensuring that adequate time is allocated for therapy sessions.
• Conduct thorough evaluations based on orthopedic outpatient care standards, employing a variety of evidence-based treatment methods.
• Utilize innovative, cost-effective therapies aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function without relying heavily on surgical interventions.
• Design and implement tailored fitness and wellness programs based on each patient's health status and rehabilitation goals.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing continual support and encouragement to foster a positive healing environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's treatment plan are aligned.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes using the EMR software, primarily WebPT, to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and adjust care strategies as necessary to maximize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• A clean professional record with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Demonstrable skill in designing and implementing effective rehabilitation protocols, tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, to accurately document treatment plans and patient interactions.
• Current knowledge of advancements in physical therapy practices and research-driven techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, with a focus on orthopedic and sports medicine.
• Achievement of specialty certifications, such as in manual therapy or sports rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
