Work Environment

This full-time position is based in our onsite rehabilitation center, designed to foster recovery in a supportive and team-oriented atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans that target specific mobility and functional goals.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques to enhance patients' movement abilities and overall physical fitness.
• Work with patients of varying ages and backgrounds, customizing fitness and wellness programs to align with their personal challenges and aspirations.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions to address musculoskeletal conditions effectively.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, ensuring that each patient receives adequate time and attention throughout their treatment process.
• Employ evidence-based practices to monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Document all treatment sessions accurately using EMR software, specifically Web PT, ensuring compliance with best practices for patient records.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Inspire and motivate patients at every stage of their rehabilitation journey, reinforcing their commitment to recovery.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care strategies for sustained physical wellness.

Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) with an active license to practice in Virginia.

• Possess a clean record with no sanctions or board proceedings.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years in outpatient physical therapy, particularly within sports rehabilitation or orthopedic treatment.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
