Work Environment

As a team member in our cutting-edge sports medicine facility, you will enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere designed to foster healing and recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals, ensuring the highest quality of treatment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Virginia, ensuring no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in multiple manual therapy techniques and interventions.
• Demonstrated capability to design and implement successful exercise and rehabilitation programs.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically Web PT, to maintain precise patient documentation.
• A strong foundation in current physical therapy best practices supported by recent research and findings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting is highly desirable.
• Background in orthopedic physical therapy or sports medicine.
• Experience with diverse patient populations, including but not limited to athletes, post-operative patients, and individuals with chronic pain.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
