Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients to establish individualized treatment plans aimed at relieving pain and restoring function.
• Administer manual and therapeutic exercises, tailoring sessions to meet specific patient needs, while motivating clients through their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate closely with physical therapy assistants to ensure effective implementation of treatment protocols, overseeing their work to maintain high standards of care.
• Perform detailed evaluations that include diagnostic tests for muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities to monitor client progress.
• Consult with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Document detailed clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, following regulatory standards.
• Educate clients and their families on home exercise programs and the use of physical therapy equipment, enhancing their understanding of the rehabilitation process.
• Stay accessible to physical therapy assistants during client treatments to ensure quality care and guidance throughout every session.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary case conferences to integrate physical therapy objectives with overall health goals for clients.
• Proactively contribute to care plan reviews, ensuring relevant methods and resources are utilized for optimal patient support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
