Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical needs.

• Perform regular reassessments to track progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, lifestyle modifications, and the proper use of assistive devices to facilitate independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
