Work Environment

This position is onsite, primarily within our clinic, which is equipped with the latest technology to cater to advanced therapeutic needs. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a structured environment that ensures work-life balance while also meeting the growing demands of our patient base. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care that meets patients' specific rehabilitation goals, adapting strategies based on progress assessments.
• Manage a diverse patient load, ensuring adequate time and attention is given to each session for maximum effectiveness.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that encompass a range of therapeutic techniques.
• Employ cost-effective treatment modalities that focus on improving motion and mobility while minimizing dependence on surgical options.
• Motivate and support patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create integrated treatment plans, sharing insights and progress to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation through EMR systems, particularly utilizing Web PT, to ensure accurate patient records and continuity of care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt plans based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this role.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in Virginia, with a clean record free from sanctions.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design effective exercise programs.
• Knowledgeable in the latest research-supported physical therapy interventions, ensuring the application of best practices.
• Proficient in using EMR software such as Web PT, facilitating accurate and efficient documentation of all patient interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing complex patient cases and achieving positive rehabilitation outcomes.
• Previous engagement in continuing education or specialized training in orthopedic physical therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
