Work Environment

This role offers a full-time, onsite opportunity where you will primarily provide care in the comfort of our patients' homes. Your typical workweek will span from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on maximizing patient outcomes in an intimate and respectful setting.

Key Responsibilities

• You will assess, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring alignment with individual health objectives.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices, you will administer a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote healing across diverse specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Your commitment to superior customer service will enhance patient experiences, making you a valued resource within their recovery journey.
• Communicating effectively with patients, you will consult, educate, and support them and their caregivers, enabling informed decision-making and strengthening adherence to treatment protocols.
• Documenting patient progress carefully, you will utilize state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems to track outcomes and meet organizational performance targets.
• Contribute to team meetings and trainings, sharing insights and strategies that encourage holistic improvement in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a diverse patient population, ranging from young children to older adults, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to engage with patients and their families effectively.
• Proficient in using word processing and electronic health record systems to manage patient information efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
