Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and obstacles affecting mobility, strength, and daily functionality.
• Create and implement detailed treatment plans tailored to each patient's recovery goals and specific health conditions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise science, and assistive technology to maximize patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies and preventative measures to maintain health and independence.
• Maintain precise and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Virginia.
