Work Environment

As a full-time physical therapist, you will work onsite, engaging directly with patients in a comprehensive treatment setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to determine functional limitations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing consultations with other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by interacting respectfully with patients of all ages and backgrounds, aligning with our standards of patient care.
• Implement and document treatment programs, reassessing patient progress and adjusting plans as necessary based on findings and patient feedback.
• Facilitate effective communication through verbal, written, and electronic formats with the interdisciplinary treatment team, referral sources, and physicians.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is required to practice in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is essential for the role.

Compensation and Benefits
