Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our Arlington facility, you will work onsite in a dynamic outpatient office setting. Our center is equipped with modern rehabilitation technology and resources designed to facilitate effective therapy and enhance patient recovery. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing a work-life balance that promotes both professional dedication and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will carry out a range of essential duties, including:

• Adhering to state practice acts and regulations applicable to physical therapy guidelines.
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and disabilities, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Performing in-depth assessments, reviewing patient history, and documenting results that reflect each patient's unique situation and needs.
• Implementing evidence-based treatment protocols grounded in clinical findings, patient presentations, and evolving best practices in healthcare.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to refine treatment plans, ensuring modifications are documented as patient conditions change.
• Completing discharge planning and aftercare follow-ups, accurately documenting each step of the patient care process, including evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge summaries.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and corporate compliance training to align with local, state, and federal regulations and healthcare standards.
• Contributing to team discussions aimed at improving patient access and care quality, actively engaging with measurement data and initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Boost Therapy Center, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals with orthopedic conditions requiring rehabilitation. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions, all while addressing their specific rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• A minimum of two (2) years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

While our primary requirement is two years of experience, candidates with specialized training in manual therapy techniques, sports medicine, or rehabilitation technology are encouraged to apply. Additionally, familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation software will be advantageous.
