This full-time role is essential for helping our patients regain mobility, enhance physical function, and elevate their overall quality of life. Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist working onsite, you will be immersed in a collaborative and energetic environment. Our gym-like atmosphere encourages team synergy where healthcare professionals work together seamlessly to assist with patient rehabilitation. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, offering a consistent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy sessions designed to meet the unique goals and needs of each patient, enhancing their recovery process.
• Maintain a manageable number of patients to ensure thorough attention and high-quality care during treatment sessions.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement evidence-based interventions, ensuring effective and personalized treatment programs.
• Emphasize cost-effective treatment strategies that contribute positively to patients' mobility while reducing reliance on medications and promoting non-surgical alternatives.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that integrate various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and wellness programming.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering a supportive healing environment.
• Continuously assess patient progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly to maximize outcomes.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately using EMR software, specifically Web PT, to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and general physical impairments. Your role not only aids in rehabilitation but also empowers patients to understand their conditions and become active participants in their own wellness.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practice.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions, reflecting professionalism and integrity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and a strong ability to design and implement successful exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for effective patient record management.
• Strong commitment to staying updated with the latest evidence-based physical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings or sports rehabilitation is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working in team-based environments, showcasing your ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals in patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
