Work Environment

The role is based onsite at our outpatient office, where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing optimum care. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, identifying their functional limitations and establishing tailored treatment plans.
• Providing expert consultations to healthcare providers regarding individual patient care and ensuring continuity of services.
• Delivering evaluations and treatments in accordance with established standards and best practices, documenting progress and changes meticulously.
• Maintaining effective written and verbal communications with the interdisciplinary treatment team, patients, and their families to facilitate excellent patient care.
• Adapting therapy programs and making collaborative decisions with physicians regarding patient updates and treatment modifications.
• Engaging in staff development, mentorship of support staff, and contributing to facility improvements through leadership in quality initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse patient demographic seeking rehabilitation for various orthopedic injuries and conditions. This includes post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and age-related mobility issues. Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
