Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and exercises focused on patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about their treatment options and encourage active participation in the recovery processes.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and progress notes to track improvements and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, ensure positive patient outcomes, and enhance overall service delivery.
• Utilize and stay current with industry best practices and evidence-based approaches to optimize patient therapy strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals of all ages and backgrounds, many of whom are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.

Preferred Experience

• Prior involvement with a multidisciplinary team framework to achieve comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
