Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients by reviewing medical history, performing detailed assessments, and determining appropriate recommendations.
• Collaborate with patients and their families to explain evaluation findings and treatment plans, fostering patient engagement in goal-setting processes.
• Implement personalized treatment protocols based on assessment findings and the patient's evolving condition, ensuring high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
• Engage in interdisciplinary consultations as necessary, documenting any changes in patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Manage discharge planning and follow-up care, maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment protocols, and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure for Physical Therapy in Virginia is necessary.
• A current American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
