In this integral role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to our diverse client base. Work Environment

This role is set in an onsite outpatient clinic dedicated to home care services. Our facilities are equipped with the latest therapeutic modalities and tools designed to support effective rehabilitation practices. You will work Monday to Friday with shifts from either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, thereby allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and develop individualized care plans based on the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Manage a targeted caseload, ensuring that each client receives focused attention and care during their therapy sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to design effective treatment techniques, prioritizing cost-effective solutions that enhance mobility.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, to facilitate recovery and improve motor function.
• Design fitness and wellness regimens tailored to the unique health status of individual patients.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping them set achievable goals and celebrate progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly and adapt plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment protocols using EMR software such as WebPT.

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse range of patients, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals facing chronic pain, and those requiring post-operative rehabilitation. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding them back to active lifestyles and achieving personal rehabilitation milestones.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist with a clean record, free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficient in various manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation methodologies.
• Skilled in developing and implementing successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in the use of EMR software for documentation, particularly WebPT.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and staying updated with advancements in physical therapy practices through research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly within sports medicine or orthopedic care.
• Demonstrated track record of successful patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Training or experience in specialized areas of rehabilitation, such as pediatrics or geriatrics, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, with full benefits that include health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and a generous paid time-off policy.
