Pace Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient clinic located in vibrant Manassas, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations by collecting and reviewing pertinent medical history and performing specific assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan.

• Engage with patients and their families by clearly explaining evaluation findings and encouraging their active participation in the goal-setting process.

• Implement and demonstrate treatment protocols that align with evaluation outcomes and patient presentations, adapting to the evolving healthcare landscape.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, recognizing and documenting any patient condition changes that may require modifications to the treatment plan.

• Manage discharge planning effectively, ensuring continuity of care through timely documentation of patient treatment sessions, progress summaries, and evaluations.

• Utilize effective time management skills to meet departmental productivity goals, maintain an accurate schedule, and actively participate in community outreach programs.

• Contribute to departmental goals by participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and complying with state and federal regulations.

• Stay current with industry advancements by pursuing continuing education and professional development opportunities, actively enhancing your skills for the benefit of our patients and organization.

• Promote a patient-centric experience by being flexible and responsive to patient needs, facilitating access to care and reducing barriers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population who seek rehabilitation for various conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological disorders, and chronic pain management. You will address the unique needs of each individual, tailoring treatment plans to enhance their physical abilities, improve quality of life, and foster independence.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Possess a valid physical therapy license as required by the state of Virginia.

• American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification is mandatory.

• New graduates and those with no previous experience are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Familiarity with evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and patient education practices is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
