Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities to create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement treatment protocols using a variety of techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities designed for rehabilitation.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment effectiveness, complying with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment strategies and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education and training to foster independence and encourage adherence to prescribed exercises at home.
• Meet established performance metrics and business objectives, demonstrating a commitment to the clinic's success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
